About Us
We provide online and in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and families living in Utah and California. We have therapists specializing in trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and more. You can learn more about each therapist and their specialty on their page.
Rates
We offer one free 15-minute phone consultation.
A 50-minute therapy session will range from $125-$160 if paid out of pocket.
Payment
We accept check, debit cards, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Visit each therapist’s individual page to verify insurance acceptance. If we are not in-network with your insurance but you have out-of-network coverage, we can provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement or to count toward your deductible.
